I love these!
This is a really cool idea and I’ve seen more and more of these throughout my community. We will be using it as a book exchange, mounting it to the back of our fence facing a community parkway. I’ve seen these also used as small food pantry’s for anyone who might be struggling financially, and I just think it’s a really kind way of giving back to the community. In terms of the box itself, the wood is very well made and cut so putting it together was very easy to do with the included hardware. My only issue was getting the door to latch well, but after a bit of effort I’ve got it to a point that seems to be good. It does take a bit of time to adjust, but it works. I may end up getting a stronger magnet or latch, but it certainly wouldn’t dissuade me from purchasing this again.

Books ahoy!
Do you love to read? Do you love to share books with people? Do you love to see children excited about reading? Are you maybe a little competitive with the neighbors? Then look no further! Own the best Little Library in the area! Little Libraries are one of the best ideas ever. And this one can hold tons of books! I love how it has separate sides. I put kids books on the right and grown-up books on the left. Something for everyone! Mine sits nicely under my crabapple tree so it's shaded. It also doesn't seem to mind a little debris from the crabapples. I think at some point I will install some motion-sensing lights so it can be used at night, too. All in all, an excellent purchase!

Just what we needed to add a little fun to our front lawn . . .
My daughter (21) loves little free libraries and wanted to put one in front of our house. I’m not the best when it comes to building things from scratch — even with plans — so we went with a kit. It worked nearly perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow. Construction was easy, quick, and went as planned. No left over parts and no missing hardware. The end product is a good size. We like the two shelves. The wood is thin/light, but likely will do the trick. We painted it with two coats of paint to ensure it will last. The only thing we could have done better was ensure the two roof pieces lined up before screwing them to the sides. By not doing so, we caused ourselves a bit of difficulty. But this could have been avoided if we had been more attentive. In any event, as I said, this is a great product.

A Wonderful Addition to the Neighborhood—But Definitely Needs Reinforcement
I’ve wanted to put up a Little Free Library in my yard for a couple of years now, and I’m really glad I finally did. I bought this one off Amazon and had a lot of fun priming and painting it before installation. One word of advice—don’t skip that step. I live in New Jersey, and if I had left the wood untreated, this thing probably wouldn’t have lasted through one full year of weather. The overall design is cute and inviting, and after about three months, it’s holding up well and has become very popular in my neighborhood. I’ve received lots of compliments from people walking by. That said, the hardware—especially the screws and hinges—leave a lot to be desired. They’re pretty flimsy, and I do worry that the tiny screws will eventually loosen or bust out. Still, for the price, it’s a great starter library. Just be ready to reinforce it a bit if you want it to last.

Super cute little library and easy to assemble.
Going to turn this into a Free Little Art Gallery. It was easy to assemble and seems to be well made. I like the size of the product and the overall look. I haven't installed it outside yet but took the precaution of sealing with clear coat to help weather proof it.

Not weather resistant!
Easy to put together and was so excited to use it. After reading reviews, I made sure to weatherproof it more with caulk and outdoor weatherproof paint. Within the first week of use, it rained a few days and it leaked, there is a crack down the back panel and the door was stuck and couldn’t be opened. So disappointed.

Easy DIY assembly Little Library
Easy DIY assembly. Took me about an hour. Don’t rely on the little screwdriver included with the hardware. One shelf with adjustable height. Room for hardbacks and paperbacks. Feels sturdy. I’m not sure how it will hold up outdoors (in NC). Black roof is plastic and may not last too long in the sun. I’m going to caulk and paint.

Simple but serves its purpose
This serves its purpose of a little library, but not over impressed with the quality. It isn’t very sturdy but at the price point I didn’t expect it to be very robust. I was surprised that is didn’t come with any instructions, not even a one pager but found instructions in the Amazon description. Not difficult to put together but it is still helpful to have some visuals. I need to seal the back by the roof and back wall because there is a little gap which could allow water to seep in. It is cute and it is in a price range I wanted.
