Best choice for sweeting anything you use sugar for, without any guilt.
This has definitely helped me lower my blood sugar so in turn my triglycerides. I use this instead of sugar 80% of the time and the other 20% I use allulose but never sugar anymore. This is the best to bake with as it taste just like sugar with no aftertaste. I bought some more and sent it to my brother. He also has quite the sweet tooth. I've lost ovre 40lbs by changing up my diet by restricting carbs, using this sweetener, among other healthy things. I highly recommend this product to replace all your sugar uses, except for things that you must freeze. This sweetener will recrystallize in the freezer so for that, use Allulose.

For anyone who dislikes stevia, splenda, and sweet n low
I bought this on a whim when I realized I couldn’t drink my coffee with my usual cream and sugar when starting intermittent fasting. I tried drinking my coffee black and although it wasn’t terrible when I added a pinch of salt, I knew I wasn’t going to make it on black coffee. After finding out sweetners such as Sweet N Low were allowed I came here to Amazon to find a better alternative. I used to use Sweet N Low all the time until one day, randomly, it suddenly gave me this terrible chemical aftertaste. Since then I ditched it and just measured my REAL sugar out for drinks such as coffee and tea. I might add I’ve also tried Stevia and Splenda in the past as well and always disliked them. Now that I am trying to follow a IF schedule for eating I am in need of a sweetener that won’t trigger any kind of breaking of my fast in the morning. I am drinking my coffee now for the first time with Erythitol and I can honestly say I am impressed. There’s no artificial aftertaste and although it isn’t giving me the sweet sugar taste, it did dull the bitterness of my coffee to drinkable. I usually use 2 tsp real sugar in my coffee (12 oz cup) so I put about 2 1/2 tsp of erythritol this first time around. I could definitely get used to this sweetener and highly recommend it to anyone finding a good sugar alternative to sweeten drinks.

Diabetic? Keto? Look at THIS! No stomach issues, great taste!
So...I did NOT want to go down the road of maltitol, mannitol, sorbitol, Nutrasweet, etc. Anything that positively, or negatively affected my gut bacteria was a bad thing. Endless hours in the bathroom is not my goal of an artificial sweetener. So it has to taste great and not cause any side-effects. Enter...erythritol, made from fermented fruits! It's about 80% as sweet as sugar, so you use 1.5 to 1 or more, depending on what your taste is. Unless you love the weird added flavors of stevia and pre-biotic stuff, stick with this. It's a pure product, dissolves well, and is very similar to sugar in flavor and texture. My only desire, is that this would come in packets so I could have it on me all the time. The 5-pound bag is a great value. I have also tried xylitol, but that eventually bothers my stomach, and there's a strange aftertaste. Not so with erythritol! Takes a bit longer to dissolve..larger crystals than sugar, but if the liquid is hot - coffee, tea, etc. - it's basically like sugar. I've taste-tested this with friends, my wife..and all say it's 'pretty good,' which to me translates to 'it doesn't taste like the other crappy artificial sweeteners.' Oh..and ZERO carbohydrates! This will not raise or lower blood glucose. It is metabolized through the kidneys... you pee it out...and it never reaches the colon. It does not promote the growth or death of any gut bacteria...so NO stomach issues! I used to use about 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar in coffee. I use about 2 teaspoons of this, and it's basically the same taste! I also buy bulk bottles of unsweetened black tea, then add 2-3 teaspoons of this to the bottle, cover, and shake it up. Takes a few seconds to completely dissolve, but once it's done...I have sweetened tea with zero carbs that doesn't taste like Flintstones chewable vitamins! If you're concerned, give it a try. Test your glucose before and after. Nothing should change, and no more weird aftertastes...or chemical flavors...or other awful things. Just...using sugar again without the bad parts! I have tried Swerve. It's good, but...weird aftertaste...some of the stuff sticks to my tongue. Swerve adds 'natural flavors' and 'oligosaccharides' that act as a prebiotic. Uhm..I do NOT want anything to help my gut bacteria. Swerve is basically 99% erythritol with some additions. This is 100% pure erythritol! It's the way to go!

Perfect for Keto or Trying to Cut Sugar
I bought this while I was doing the keto diet and it definitely helped me stay on track. I was missing sweets and baking, so shopped around and ended up picking this with the good reviews. It definitely doesn't taste just like sugar, but I was not expecting it to and this is an awesome substitute. I used this to make keto cookies and brownies and they turned out good. Easy to use, there's a conversion that shows you how much to use vs regular sugar. This paired with almond flour allows you to make tons of recipes in a keto or low sugar way.

Taste and value
This package of sugar substitute has all the markings of a wonderful product. Unfortunately, they could have said it circled the universe before coming to earth but even, that would not have made it taste any better. In addition to the unfortunate taste, I felt the price was a lot to swallow but I was willing to try it in hopes of finding a more natural sugar substitute than what is usually availble in stores. Now that I've tried it (in many cups of coffee), I'm afraid it was money thrown away. I had initially given this product a 1 star rating but have changed it to a 3 star because their customer service is top rate. After reading my rather scorching review, they reached out to me in an effort to make amends. Company policy should always be part of a review which is why I think it is sometimes best not to rate a product immediately. Based solely on their custome service to me I would give them a 5 star review and that is why my rating changed.

I find Erythritol to be the best sugar alternative. I use it measure for measure the same amount as sugar even though it is recommended to use slightly more. I use it in baking biscuits and cakes and in baked custards. Great for anyone on a low carb diet but it is a dearer product than sugar No funny after taste.

C'est un bon édulcorant, il n'a pas cette arrière goût comme l’aspartame ou la stévia. Cela dit je préfère le Monk frut de so nourished.

Great product. First sugar substitute that doesn’t have a bitter after taste. If you are starting to cut sugar, and are mixing sweets, definitely buy this!
