Amazing knife!!
This knife is amazing!!! Since I’ve had it I have used it to cut all my meats and it slices with ease. It came out of the package super sharp and has a little bit of flare to the looks. My wife loves to use it for her charcuterie boards. I would highly recommend it especially for the great price, this knife is leagues ahead of any other knife this price.

Knife feels well made and sharp. Wish it came with a sheath. Guess I’ll have to store it in the box… Update: great customer service. Seller reached out.

Looking at the pictures, you could be fooled (like I was) to think this is damascus. It's not. But as least they didn't say it was in the add. The apex of the knife wasn't centered. It did cut paper ok but the apex was all notched. For it to cut properly, I had to sharpen it. The steel isn't tha hard. The burr shifts from one side to the other pretty easily. This being said, I managed to make it wicked sharp! I would say on of the sharpest kitchen knife we have. This being Saïd I communicate with the seller and received great warrants service. I Will buy again for sure
