Been really happy with the Known ashwagandha gummies. They taste great, are easy to take every day, and I’ve genuinely felt calmer and more balanced since starting them. No weird aftertaste either — will definitely be buying again

These are nicely flavored, easy to chew and work really well for me, bringing me calmness.

A bit of a mixed review for these from me, they helped me get off to sleep, I think, chewable format easy to use, and a reasonable dosage, good quality packing and ‘lozenge’ great tasting, however the effects of these were lower than other brands so not sure. The effect, on me anyway, of ashwagandha seems to put me to sleep faster - only if I try within the first hour after taking (as it does state sort of on the usage directions), otherwise if you leave it a few hours before bed it keeps you awake. More importantly for me a side effect is that it leaves me sluggish and struggling to wake up the next morning, which clears soon after, but you have to force yourself to get up some days ( different to without it!). There’s been no other noticeable benefits other than the get to sleep quicker - and that’s only in the first hour.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference in it’s effectiveness, but everyone is different. Tastes nice. And packaging is nice.

These seem to work . I get a good night sleep if I take in the evening and calms me down if having a stressful day at work , I wouldn’t recommend taking them every day though.

Ich dachte es wäre mehr ein Placebo Ding aber nein… ich habe Panik Attacken und angststörungen… diese gummies helfen mir so enorm locker zu bleiben. Ich habe gemerkt dass die helfen als ich ich in Situationen völlig cool blieb wo ich normal in Stress geraten würde innerlich und damit verbunden schnell gereizt wäre… Super echt mal kein Stress innerlich zu spüren
