Shoes is good but the packaging is horrible torn box damaged punched box but the product is nice

Improve quality
The shoes I received are only good in appearance, but within just one week the upper layer started peeling off. The quality is worse than even shoes worth ₹600–700, very disappointing. I also raised a return request, but no one has come to pick up the product till now. Kindly arrange the return and refund at the earliest, otherwise I will have to escalate this issue further.
