It truly is non-stick! My only complaints about this product is that the sides are low, so one can accidentally slide food out of the pan and it's smaller than I expected. Other than that, it's a great skillet.

The pieces heat evenly, and nothing sticks, which makes cooking and cleaning up super easy, I love the color! and the handles stay cool while cooking. It feels sturdy but not too heavy. I’ve used it for a few weeks now, and everything still looks brand new. Definitely worth the price!

Excellent pan. Much much better than expected. I normally use Greenpans, but this is non-toxic too and it's way better anti-stick than Greenspan even. Super.
