Fits perfect for the spot that was lost

This is a great replacement for a scepter gas can. As far as the safety spouts go, this is one is one of the best designs. It is easy to use even one handed. I prefer the old non safety stuff which aren’t manufactured anymore with a simple vent on the can. If I have to use something with the safety spout, I like this one.

worked as promised and even replaced old can nozzles with this as a direct replacement and it worked like a charm.

If you’re not Superman, this isn’t a good buy. Unlike every other spout that you can lock open, you must use one hand to hold this one 100% of the time. That means, you can only use one arm to hold the gas can to pour. It also means the hand holding the spout in the open position is going to get tired, fast. This spout doesn’t let fuel flow any faster than my old spout and the venting doesn’t help either.

I got this because my husband and I have lots of gas cans but no spouse.So I thought we could use this for some of our cans.Turns out all the spouse remissions.My husband would just throw them off out of the way when he'd get mad at them.So this really didn't do anything because he did up getting out of it and throwing it out of the way
