Awesome hotpot grill. Heats fast, easy to clean, nonstick and cooks fast. Really enjoyed cooking with my family with this at the center of our table. Takes some time to prepare ingredients, but once that;s done you get to cook with family and friends and chat, while enjoying the smells and changing flavor pallets of the food. Cooks thinly sliced meets, veggies and mushrooms fast on the grill. The pot portion boils water faster than my stove top burners do, which is a plus if you're short on time and hungry. Easily became a weekly event in my household. Product exceeded my every expectation. Easily feeds my family of three, with leftovers, although its a smaller hotpot it has room to feed 1-4 people I'd say. The oil tray is nice too, and the dials work well. Handles stayed cool while pot heated and while hot.

It works so well! You can use plastic chopsticks without worry of them melting and it cooks really well. I guess if I had one complaint it would be that there isn't as much heat towards the corners of the hot plate. But it will still cook the food it just takes longer.

We love it. We have used it multiple times. We have used it for meat, vegetables, frozen food. It is a good way to relax together.

Lack of continuous heating. It took longer to cook the meat. The hot pot part kept the broth hot.

Love it! We’ve used it for 4, 5 and 6 people and it very suitable, even though it isn’t very big. It’s so popular, all of us stand around it constantly moving around and eating. Makes for an intimate meal and everyone is always talking and having a good time. Recommended!

Christmas present. They enjoyed it!

I bought this for my 7 year old grandson because he loves HotPot restaurant cooking, it’s his favorite choice. He is so excited to have his own, has made grocery lists and just made his first HotPot with it! Huge success!
