Wife uses this on cold evenings and is happy with it. She has another similar but is larger, hence 4 out of 5

A few reviews said the same but I thought I would try. I have had this on my neck for 5 minutes and it’s already lost its heat sadly.

When taking this first out I was a bit worried that the material seemed quite thin. I have now used this for a month now, everyday for at least 3-4 times a day. I have had no problems at all with the quality. I have been suffering from extreme neck pain so needed to use this on top of my therapy. The pack heats up well and holds the heat quite well too. Stick to the recommended heating times and check the wattage of your microwave too. Pleased I got this and the price is great.
