Are you happy with this brand of guaifenesin?

I'm very happy with the company's quick, polite and professional response to inquiry. I've not had any bad effects from it, and it wouldn't be fair for me to compare it to Mucinex or another brand at this time of the year - spring allergies are variable and very different than bronchitis in the winter. THAT will be when I could do a more telling comparison. But it has helped, not hurt, and not upset my stomach at all - a real plus. There is another Mucinex knock-off I was given some years back (brick and mortar - their brand) and I felt incredibly nauseous, ill and shaky - increasingly so as I continued it (having never had that response to Mucinex, I wasn't attributing it to the pills). I finally was so far beyond ill, I looked at it sideways..... then read the ingredients. They got a seriously HOT call from me later - the first ingredient (and these were BIG 1200 mg. tablets) was COMPRESSED SUGAR! No wonder I felt so ill. I RAVED at them that they needed to put a warning on the front - that this could bring on diabetic comas etc. (I'm not diabetic, but processed sugar and I don't get along at all). I didn't run into that at all with this - and it has helped a bit with spring allergies (hey, a bit is a LOT under the circumstances). I'd advise you to try them - the company also instills confidence with their almost immediate response time to inquiries. They may be launching batch stock availability (larger quantity/smaller price per) per customer request. I hope they do, and it's nice to hear back quickly - but more importantly, that my letter was read CONSCIOUSLY - each point addressed, and they didn't gibber gabber about unrelated details, nor push product. Very impressed with the customer service response. I hope they work for you. (I'm not an OTC fan, but guaifenesin is an exception - it's useful, helpful and not harmful. When you're looking for alternatives to the name brand, I think it's sometimes more important to check the fillers/inactive ingredients. Healthwise it definitely is.) I think you'll be more than satisfied with them.

This is made in the US. The active ingredient is sourced from an FDA approved location in China. Our prices are almost half of that of the name brand. Please do your research. I’d also suggest you call the brand and ask them where they source their ingredients.
