Good RCA Cables at a Great Price
In a world full of ridiculously priced "audiophile" cables, it's nice to see a set of solid sounding, well constructed RCA cables at a fair price.I have a fairly high end system: 1969 McIntosh MC240 power amp 1975 McIntosh C28 pre-amplifier 1979 Micro Seiki DD-35 turntable EverSolo DMP-A6 Master Edition digital streamer/DAC Klipsch Hersey IV speakersFor me, analog cables do make a difference, at least to a degree. I have tried many different RCA cables over the past several years. In most cases, the differences are more nuanced than dramatic. I ordered these cables to swap out with a pair of .06m AudioQuest Golden Gate cables that were just a bit too short for where I was using them. I went with 1M with the Primeda cables to allow for a little extra slack between my pre and power amps. When choosing analog cable length for my system, in order to minimize impedance and interference I always try to keep the length minimal with just a little extra slack. I honestly didn't hear much of a difference between these cables and the AudioQuest cables that cost two and a half times more. I listened to my reference recording - Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto's Getz/Gilberto (192 kHz | 24-bit FLAC) - and it sounded fantastic. The construction of the Primeda cables is also very good. They appear to be solidly built with very good plugs and nice red and black braiding. I also like that they are not as stiff as some other RCA cables I've used in the past.If you're looking for a solid pair of RCA cables at a fair price, I definitely recommend giving these a try.

Great quality set of interconnect cables
I ordered this set of interconnect cables to connect my modern Bluetooth receiver to the AUX of my older home stereo. Upon opening the package the first thing I noticed was the quality of construction. With the professional style RCA plugs on each end, and the thick cables covered in braided cloth, these RCA cables are a significant step up from standard RCA patch cables. The gold plated connectors fit snuggly on the RCA jacks of both the Bluetooth device, and the jacks of my stereo with a tight grip to make a good connection. For as thick as the cables are, they are very flexible, once again suggesting the use of higher quality materials.I ordered the shortest set at 2.5 feet since it’s a short run from the stereo to my device. And while these were ordered to specifically go with this device so I haven’t compared them to regular RCAs, the sound quality is great, and so is the look.Overall, they work perfectly for my application, and I’m very pleased with the performance thus far. Recommended with five stars!

Snug, but possibly too snug
This review is for the Primeda Audiophiles RCA/Phono Cable 2 RCA Male to 2 RCA Male HiFi System Interconnect Cable Braided for Home Cinema Subwoofer Amplifiers Blu-ray (Straight to Straight, 9.8ft/3m).Recently I broke a connector on one of an expensive pair of audio cables. The manufacturer has replaced the broken cable, but until I get the cables switched out the Primeda cables have been filling in just fine. No complaints with the audio quality. The intended purpose for my Primeda is connecting to a Bluetooth audio transmitter/receiver once I get the cables changed around. One star off because the connectors on the Primeda are quite tight. Tight enough that I am concerned with breaking something.I note that the Primeda cables have a directional arrow on the cable band. I can find no documentation on this. Usually a directional marking on an audio cable means that one end of the cable shield is unconnected. If you get the direction backwards you can possibly pick up shortwave radio. Really. Happened to me with another set of cables when I didn't heed the little arrow marker. I wish Primeda had mentioned something about the shield connection.

Nice heavy duty thick cable
I didn't know rca cables could be this thick. You really need to press the cable into the audio Device and its very hard to pull off.Otherwise very nice cable!!

Metal heads. Strong connection.
These Heavy Duty AWG20 is really luxurious for 9.8ft, the heads are made of all metal. The connection is very strong.I am using it for a subwoofer. You know the original cables are very short. The length of these cables is very suitable to use. Recommend!

Luxury ICs
The media could not be loaded. These stereo RCA interconnects feel like luxury cables. Solid and smooth gold plugs, firm grip RCAs with a serviceable set screw.I may not be able to hear any difference however, these feel built to last the test of time before the cables age and oxidize and have reduced performance.
