We mounted this in the laundry room and it makes the perfect table for folding towels and sheets. Super easy to fold down when not in use. Looks really nice and sturdy when upright.

This is a nice table and feels sturdy. It does not sit against the wall when folded. The bottom sticks out about 6-7". You cannot just connect it to the wall where you want it because you have to use the studs. That means that my table is behind the bathroom door a few inches. Not what I wanted, but I can leave the bathroom door open without it interfering and I only have to close the door a little to extend the table.A trick I used to install the hinges while flat, so I could easily drill and screw the top holes- I wrapped duct tape around where the hinge snaps out, so it wouldn't shoot out at me. I was careful to cut the duct tape off the back of the hinge (against the wall). Once I got the two top screws in, I removed the tape and let the hinge form a diagonal to get to the two lower screw holes.Also, don't drill into the bottom of the table top- just screw in the screws. I thought I was careful, but drilled one hole thru to the top.Also, I wasted a lot of time trying to fold down the table pushing in the round pins. Couldn't get it down that way. Finally, I realized I had to push in the rectangles on each side. That works!It was a tedious install. I pencil marked the studs with a stud finder. Outlined the hinges against the studs and used a level on each hinge. Clearly it wasn't enough or it wouldn't sit out from the wall when folded.(That's my big dog's water pail on the floor.)
