Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like Global knives a lot. For the price they can't be beat. Although this particular knife is a mystery to me. I can't quite figure out what it's exactly for. The handle shape (looks cool) isn't very functional, it's puts your fingers too close to the cutting surface. Weird.
