great product but only 1 months use is broken :(
I am very happy my Turkish tea always ready hi I bought a month ago and it is not working the red light stop and now completely not working I would like to return however my return option is over 3 days ago if someone can help me to replace I ll be appreciated

Broken after 4 months
We got this product 4 months ago and it worked fine until now. The boiling function does not work anymore and the plastic handle started warming up and melting. Don’t buy if you want a product that works.

The pot it’s making great tea & keeps it warm for as long as you need BUT THE Handle for both parts comes off after a couple of months 🙏🏻🙏🏻 😇😇😇😇very dangerous

Bad Experience
We bought this machine but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The tea container is smaller than the top section, so it wobbles and tips over inside. Once the tea dries, it’s almost impossible to remove and leaves residue like moss. Total waste of time and money. Don’t buy it — get something else instead.
