I would certainly recommend these scales for anyone with poor sight. Purchased these bathroom scales for an elderly lady because of the size of the numbers and how clear they were. Very pleased with the result.

Very accurate and consistent
Very accurate. I get the same results each time I re-weigh myself within a few seconds of each other. I checked it with my Salter electronic kitchen scales by weighing out various weights up to 12kg and it was spot on 9 out of 10 times and only off by 0.1kg on a marginal one. I use it with the WeightFit app to track my weight. Would be nice if it had wifi/bluetooth but it was not sold as such and does what it claims, and using an app to manually enter my weights and track them is fine.

Seems accurate comparing to Slimming World weigh-in.
Being nearsighted i’m unable to read the display without my glasses, but the reading usefully continues to flash for a few seconds after you step off, so I can crouch down to read, so that’s a plus and the display is large. I thought Japan tech and no frills would give me a solid and accurate set of scales and I think it delivers: my wife had a half pound difference to her Slimming World weigh-in just 30 minutes earlier. Only negative is the cover over the display came off after just a few days from new, hoping the internals are a better build.

Not Remotely Accurate
This bathroom scale is not remotely accurate. I tried using a known standard weight and it as off by 10% each time. The scale gave different results some days. I used it as a bathroom scale for three months now and it is not worth using. Its display is easy to read but what's the point since it is displaying a weight that is not close to the true weight. Maybe I got a lemon, but I recommend people try some other scale.
