Very feeble and broke with a little pressure. Pieces can’t be glued back together

There is no release button to open up the phone holder part. It’s difficult to get the phone in and out. Also, there was no vent clip in either package. I returned the first one because it was obvious that this was a returned item. The box was damaged and there was hair on the sticky pad. The second items box was flattened inside the shipping package and the item was also out of the box and there was no plastic. There was also no vent holder. I contacted Amazon AGAIN and this time they told me to throw the item away and gave me a full refund and a $10 gift card for the trouble.
