So I have lost a little weight nothing too aggressive I take it in the morning on a empty stomach along with my vitamins I make it just a little warm.. taste is terrible but nothing you can’t handle I like the energy I have but I wouldn’t say it curves my appetite as much cause afterwards I’m extremely hungry but I usually try to fast till 1:30/2:30 so it does help somewhat

I purchased this for my husband who has been taking a weight loss drug and was losing muscle mass. He was excited to try it and loves it. He puts it into his morning bottle of water. It does take several shakes for it to dissolve but once it does no problem. It has no taste and no effect on his digestion. His skin looks clearer and his leg muscles appear stronger. He has not started working out yet so more to come. He has started the 2 nd container.

Im Going to give it a 3 star rating as of right now…as I just got it yesterday….so I can’t contest as to how well it works….because I’m sure I will have to use it for at least 5-4 weeks….before I can see even a little bit of whether it does anything for me…so what I really came here to say is….although it really doesn’t have a great “lemon drop” flavor…. I added some really lemon juice and some lemonade water enhancers….. and it does wonders for the flavor….sorta taste like lemonade….so after my additions to it….it is very doable….if after using my first “batch”…. I will be back to do an update on how it works or didn’t work for me…(I’m assuming you could add any type of a water enhancer to it….to make the taste doable for your tastebuds…

Save your money. It has a NASTY aftertaste that stays with you all day. I tried it in plain water one day, added to Gatorade day two, an energy drink day three. Nothing changed. It tastes awful and stays with you all day, even after eating and drinking things after. It is doesn’t dissolve well at all. I requested a full refund.
