These skates are perfect for a little girl who is learning to skate. They are adjustable and very well made. They are a great value for someone who is just learning to skate.

I was initially leery about ordering these because all the reviews were from people who got them for free in exchange for a review. So I was worried they would be crappy. I was pleasantly surprised though - they came well packaged, they looked just like in pictures. Cool pattern that is wintery and fairly gender neutral. I got them sharpened at the local rink and my kid has used them several times with no issues. He says they are comfortable and they seem pretty well made. Comparable ones at our local sports store are almost twice the price (and they didn't even have his size). They are probably not the best for a serious skater but for casual use they are acceptable and a good price.

These fit well, adjust easily, and have provided hours of skating fun for a new skater. Great purchase!

Purchased these skates for my 7 year old daughter. She is currently doing weekly learn to skate lessons and she already outgrew her previous pair of skates. Instead of needing new ones every 6 months, we opted to try these adjustable ones. They work great! These should last a couple of years and then pass down to her younger sister. Definitely recommend for casual/learning to skate.

Easy to adjust

Great set of skates! My 6 year old just started ice skating and these are the perfect skates to get her started. They're pretty easy for her to put on independently. She does need occasional help with the upper latch. She seems comfortable skating in them. Her lessons are 30min long, and she hasn't complained about them. It's nice that it can be adjusted so she can use these for a bit longer.

Kids had never been ice skating before. I just ordered these after a recent move because there’s a place not too far that we can actually go use these at. I figured let me get some actual skates for the kids instead of the horribly uncomfortable rental skates the places have. I’m glad I did because they felt special with their own skates that they didn’t need to give back. They look just like the pictures and the sizing chart provided was spot on. There’s quite a few buckles and then lacing them up that the smaller ones will need some help with getting them on but they’ll be good to go with sturdy skates once they’re on. Nice snug and well formed and padded fit. It fits nice around the ankles which I liked to see. I’ve seen some with way too much slack and then they rub around and move to wobbly and then people get hurt. You don’t have to worry about that with these. You can follow the size chart and choose a nice fun and bright color and skate away. Pretty good value, not over priced for kids skates. Hopefully they’ll get some more use out of these before they grow out of them. I think they’ll last until they won’t fit anymore. Seem like good quality skates which I appreciate.

very cheaply made - buckles are hard for my 9 year old to use- waited too long to return!
