Q: Is this tea for weight loss?

I don't know if product causes weight loss. It's a fermented tea that is dark in color and excellent to drink and different. EHL

Q: Why do you need to rinse the tea? I have used most of a large cake of tea and have thoroughly enjoyed it. What did I miss?

Q: Everyone comments on the taste, how about the supposed benefits or effects of high caffein?

The caffeine content is high but carries a different sensation than am I fermented tea or coffee. It will wake you up. You will feel a constant and stable energy level. The benefits of fermented Pu’Ur tea that is 20 years or older are noticeable in brain function and general uplifting of your sense of being; these are not supposed, they simply are. I value my older, fermented Pu’Er tea as a different category of tea separate from all others. You want to build health? Drink herb and green teas, especially with white peony and hibiscus added. I have added mango black tea with my Pu’Er but I felt as if a sin. Do not cut this tea. Drink it once a week as a celebratory tea; or even as a morning tea with slight honey crystals and you will feel the energy. Do you want speed tea? Drink Earl Grey and then a Dr Pepoer, you will not slow down for hours! Ha! Treat your fermented prince of teas as befits something so well crafted and pedigree. Darjeelng and Assam as a 50/50 blend brings you into the realm of great tea senses. Pu’Er is uplifting, clean, non acidic, and for me the second greatest tea. It is expensive for a reason. It burns fat as the energy translates into your body cells relating one upon the other. Want the very best? High mountain Taiwan. There is one estate. One flavor profile. Expensive. I will not name it. Happy hunting!
