This product caused me to have serious sleep disturbances. I just stopped taking it after 6 weeks and my sleep has gone back to normal. I didn’t make the connection at first but the first few days after I started taking it I got bad anxiety. Then my sleep started getting worse and worse until I could hardly sleep. I suddenly realised this all started when I began taking this product. I stopped taking it and four days later I started to feel better and my sleep went back to normal. I’ve thrown the bottle away - it’s annoying because it was expensive but it caused me so much distress I can’t go through it again. I was literally getting 3-4 hours sleep a night.

The vitamin D is great and is very good for you. Easy to swallow no bad taste and keep you healthy and feeling calm and is easy to use. The quality is very good this is a great vitamin D supplement

Emulsions are probably the best, quickest and easily absorbed in the body for Vitamins. Just drop that on your tongue and swallow it for excellent absorption. Vitamin D3 is especially important if you don't go out in the sun so don't disregard this product as another vitamin-fad since this is one of the most important ones to give you energy. What's also great with this particular product is that it's combined with Vitamins K1 and K2 which work in tandem with D3 for better absorption. I'm no medical doctor, but a quick search gives us "Vitamin D promotes the production of vitamin K-dependent proteins, which require vitamin K for carboxylation in order to function properly". So, you basically need these two vitamins to work together the way nature intended. Many other products are only Vitamin D3 which would require you to buy a SECOND PRODUCT to get Vitamins K1 and K2 as well to reap the benefits fully. So, although this may seem expensive, you are getting two products in one. Also remember, those vitamins are fat-soluble which means that you should be taking and eat something fat right before or after. Eggs, Nuts, Toasts with butter, fish, whatever that has fat content in it will help absorption as well. This lasted me about 3 months of taking it everyday. Your millage may vary.
