Moringa is all the rage! And thankfully unlike some others, this comes in easy to swallow powder capsule form which means you can knock them back without the nasty taste!! This is a 2 month supply (3 capsules per day) so good value for money! All in all a great supplement!

The quality of the moringa tablets was very good. They were easy to swallow and had no strong taste or scent. The tablets helped in increasing my energy levels and generally in my well-being.

I guess its early days at the moment, but I'm hoping this will help improve my IBS / gut health. They are very easy to swallow, and you take 3 capsules in the morning. I think they have helped to boost my energy levels a bit too, but I'm unsure as of yet there affect on my gut health, as I find this is primarily triggered by moments of stress and certain foods. At 3 capsules per day this should last me about 2 months (60 days) with 180 capsules included. The product is also organic too which is a big bonus. I'd recommend.

I have been taking these for a approximately a week and am starting to feel the benefits, my stomach feels more settled and calmer. They are a large capsule and you need to take 3 tablets in the morning with your choice of drink, I like the fact you can take them in one go and you don't need to take them at different times of the day, the ease of use is plus. They have not repeated on me or caused any side effects, they are good quality and do what they are suppose to.

I have always associated Moringa as an ingredient in my favourite hot cloth cleansers (Eve Lom, Emma Hardie etc) and in high-end spa facials. I was therefore surprised when asked to review this product as an oral health supplement. I never imagined I would be asked to swallow something I normally massage into my skin. I researched the health benefits thoroughly before deciding to test this product. From the reviews, I knew I would find either a capsule or a tablet preferable to the powder, the thought of which makes me want to vomit on impulse. I have opted for these capsules based on the excellent reviews. The capsules quite small and are easy to swallow. They do not leave any unpleasant after taste. They are vegetarian, which is essential to me. I have not experienced any digestive discomfort since beginning the course. To be honest, I have not yet felt any benefits to my overall health or wellness either, although perhaps I need a longer trial period to notice a difference. I am aware now that Moringa is classed as a superfood containing many nutrients. Thus far, I have not experienced any ill-effects, but there has not been any improvement in my overall health either. I will continue to take these capsules for another couple of months and then come back and update this review at a later date.
