GOOD KETO DIET SUPPLEMENT
Good quality, aides digestion. They are capsule form and were easy to swallow. I was on the Keto diet while using these and they appear to help as an appetite suppressant I really did not notice any change in my sleep quality

No problems with the seller and product is OK.
Decided to try this product because akkermansia is supposed to be good for the microbiome and the price was very good. It did cause a little gas and bloating, but not too bad. If you are constipated, it will pretty much correct that issue. Didn't cause loose bowels for me tho. Not sure the product is appropriate for everyone so do some research before you try it. It's probably not something I will take every day.

Very Effective
Love this product! This is the first probiotic I've tried. It didn't help much with weight loss, but it helped a LOT with bloating. And (TMI warning) way more regular BMs. I am switching to a pro and probiotic for women

Not Much, If Any, Appetite Decrease
At first, I thought that perhaps the Akkermansia was helping my appetite, but within a couple days it went back to my normal. I actually get more out of it just taking one, so I'm thinking that my body is perhaps detoxing? Or acclimating to the strains. I'll edit my review after I finish the bottle, in case it takes longer to start working.

Absolutely worth it!!
I’m only about a week in using this product and it has helped curb my hunger between meals substantially! I don’t find myself needing snacks between meals anymore and when I do consume my meals portion control is much easier. For the money I absolutely can’t recommend it enough. This product is inexpensive and effective. This has been game changing in just a short period of time as someone who has always struggled with idiopathic hypoglycemia. I’ve also noticed much less bloating. I’m excited to see results in a few months!
