I can't give a good or bad review. I returned the engraver before opening. The price was good but I missed the part of buying an external water cooler, and added expense i didn't plan for. My fault not the manufacturer.

I’m writing this review several weeks after having the unit in production. I’m glad I waited to write this review because I got off to a bit of a rocky start with customer support on initial set up of the laser. Be aware that if you order this unit from Amazon, it is shipped directly from Monport. You will need to save your Amazon order number to provide this for customer support. When I received my Laser, the work bed was not completely level and I was missing two screws for the leveling bed. I contacted Monport customer service and the first question I was asked was my Monport order number. Once I provided them with my Amazon order number I was able to continue with the support. Support is via email and it took two days to get a response, but I have to say that my issue was completely resolved. This is an excellent laser. The controller board connected flawlessly with my Lightburn software. The engraving and cutting quality of this machine is incredible. The only drawback that I have found with this laser is the work bed size but using 12 x 12“ material is no problem. If you intend to use this laser for a large projects, I would strongly recommend pairing it with an active water chilling unit. I originally paired it with a passive chiller and found that I was limited on larger projects due to excessive temperature of the water. Once paired with an active chiller unit, I have run this laser for over seven hours of continuous use with no temperature problems. Monport has impressed me with the quality of their build and I’m already making plans for one of their larger units.

Great laser, but the top panels are acrylic I don’t know if they are made to block the laser rays, and also one of the top covers was broken during the manufacturing assembly

Great, after a few minor adjustments and boosting the air assist from 10L to adjustable 50L it works like a charm and very pleased.
