This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel healthy. The slip in the conditioner makes me never want to do with out. I hope they never stop selling it. Giovanni is the best and I didn't know it could be this good for all races natural hair. Thank you and Amazon for carrying this product.

I thought I had dandruff and talked to the lady cutting my hair and she said the whites flakes were from build up from hair products (I dye my hair black). She said I needed a clarifying shampoo and conditioner (BTW, she said dandruff is yellow and has a smell) so I ordered this and am in love! I could tell a huge difference the first time I used it. It smells good and clean, makes my hair smooth and soft. It is so much easier to brush and fix!

I use alot of this brands hair products. This one was okay but for my hair it wasn't the best option. I have thin, very dry hair so it didn't condition as well as I wanted. It did however make my scalp feel cleaner from buildup. I like the wellness and hemp products they make better.

This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner combo. Both are gentle on my hair and have a mild, pleasant fragrance that isn't overpowering. The conditioner has a thick consistency and is white in color. The shampoo is a bit thinner and clear, and a little bit goes a long way. My hair has a lot of body and looks healthy after using these for about a month.

Hi, I bought Giovanny products before and it perfectly works for me but this one not at all. I bought before Clarifying Shampoo with mint and it was perfect, it cleaned my super oily skin and hydrated my super brittle hair ends (it was really surprising). I ordered this 50:50 balance because I used some medication + Clarifying Shampoo with mint. I was struggled with mint scents because of the mint which is getting you feel cold even in the hot shower. What can I say: I expected that this shampoo+conditioner will even more improve my damaged hair but I got absolutely wrong results. My scalp became more, no, REALLY MORE oily (that I expected before ordering), and it didn’t hydrate my hair even in the 50% as Clarifying Shampoo with mint before. It makes it creaky and left dead look while the description says it should have made them silky, 50:50 balance, you know. I want to just leave it in the back shelve in case if I will be running out of my other shampoo like something “emergency case”. I will order another one for sure. I was ready to get more oily scalp and get more hydrated ends but it worked the opposite way for both of them. I’m sorry to writing it but really - it didn’t work for me at all. I love Giovanny products and highly recommend to use that one which I used before.

I've had this product for a week now and I love what it's doing to my hair! I was using OGYX for over a year and realized my hair was just breaking like crazy, even if I kept it trimmed, only brushed it when it was dry and didn't use any heat products. I didn't even blow dry my hair and it was breaking! I finally decided to switch my shampoos and after some research and price comparisons I ordered Giovanni. This stuff has a light citrus smell to it which my fiance loves and it's super light on my hair! I don't feel like my head is weighed down by my hair any more and I'm seeing less and less broken ends. I 100% recommend this product!

I keep seeing people giving this poor ratings because it’s expensive. However, this is NOTHING compared to what hairdressers use and most products I have tried. This shampoo is PH balancing meaning it benefits any hair type. I have very long shiny hair and this helped me keep my shine and softness when I moved to a place with hard water. My boyfriend has dreads that are very thick and the only thing that keeps his buildup under control was Head and Shoulders. He used it once and I could see the difference in his scalp. Incredible that it works on such different hair.
