1.this is a bone conduction hearing aids headphones,It can help hearing impaired people to hear clearly what people are talking to him when communicating with friends and also can connect the phone by the Audio Cable,the elderly can have a call easy with their family or friends. They also can hear the music of the phone. 2.The elderly with hearing loss responds differently to different frequencies of sound,so we set up seven modes, and the elderly can choose one mode that is the best for themselves, so that they could hear more clearly.

Q: Can these be used with in-ear hearing aids at the same time?

My husband is deaf, but he can listen to music with the bone conducting headphones. Because they don't rely on the inner ear systems. They are not hearing aids however because they only relay sounds that are electronically processed. Exactly the same sounds that regular headphones process. It's just that the sound vibrations are processed by bone conducting rather than the inner ear.

Q: Can it bluethooth to my phone as headphones to listen to music?

No, it doesn't have blue tooth. It's wired direct to a receiver.

Q: can one ear be set to a different frequency than the other?

No, unfortunately the frequency adjusts both sides at the same time. Frequency for each side cannot be adjusted independently.
