I recently purchased the Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach Wet Dry Vacuum from Dreame Technology, and it has completely changed the way I clean my floors. I have both tile and hardwood floors, and this machine works perfectly on both surfaces. The suction power is strong and it easily picks up dust, dirt, and small debris while washing the floor at the same time, which saves a lot of time compared to using a traditional mop and vacuum separately. I especially like the smart display and automatic mode, which adjusts the cleaning power depending on how dirty the floor is, making the whole process effortless. The FlexReach design is also very helpful because the machine can lie almost flat and clean under furniture and along walls easily. Another great feature is the self-cleaning function—after finishing cleaning, you just place it on the base and press a button, and the roller brush washes itself automatically, which keeps everything clean and convenient. The battery life is also very good and a full charge is enough to clean my whole apartment. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient wet and dry floor cleaner.

I have had this for several months and use it daily! LOVE IT! I wished I had purchased it years ago. We have 5 dogs so, cleaning floors is a constant chore. This has made it much easier and keeps the floor much cleaner than the Swiffer style mop as it is sucking up the dirt and hair vs just pushing it around. I cover about 1,000 sq feet of hardwood floor and have yet to run out of battery life. Very easy to maneuver as It practically drives itself. I don't find it to be heavy at all. It offers several different cleaning modes, however, even with dogs I find the smart flow function does an excellent job atcleaning the floors. It has been worth every penny. The floors are finally clean!

I don’t normally write reviews but i feel compelled this time. The vacuum worked well until it didn’t. I returned the machine in mid January as it appeared it needed a new circuit board. It was still under warranty. As of today I still don’t have a machine. I was told they would be sending me a refurbished machine and to expect it 7-10 days. Well it’s now been 3 weeks and no sign of any vacuum. Customer service reps were nice but were not able to resolve my issue. Sadly I never talked to anyone in the US. I will not be buying another Dreame product or reccomend the brand to anyone.

This is my first wet-dry vacuum cleaner and overall it seems to do very well. Great technology in this vacuum. It’s very easy to use and the pull of the unit during use takes a bit to get use to. I do love the continuous fresh water cleaning. It sprays clean water and sucks it up all in one pass. I do wish the rolling head was a roller/brush combination though as I think it would get the tougher water drops on the floor out best. The runtime appears to be more than adequate to clean the entire house. I'm still trying to figure out the best location for the unit...maybe the garage. I do think the units tank capacity is too small. The hair cutting capability seems to be 50/50. You still need to dismantle the unit to clean debris. Again, my biggest dislike is the rolling head vs having a roller/brush combination to scrub tougher stains from the floor. I do recommend it.

This machine is a dream. Saves your back a lot of pain as you can vacuum and wash the floor at the same time. A lifesaver. Cons: You need to refill the clean water container aand empty the dirty water container often, but not a big deal. Also this machine has a self cleaning mode so that the roller doesn't stay dirty and moldy smelling.

precio alto, requiere de limpieza muy seguido, y se mantiene un olor a sucio.
