EXCELLENT PRODUCT! I use this L’Oréal bond repair formula in between my Olaplex no3 bond treatments and my hair has never been so soft. Before olaplex and this L’Oréal formula, I tried everything. My long color treated light blonde hair was like straw. Then menopause hit and my hair began thinning became extra brittle. It’s looked terrible.So I cut it into a pixie and let it grow 18 months without color treatment. It was just too damaged. After my first color with a high quality hair dye I used olaplex no 3 for the first time and followed with this product and the results are just amazing. For what’s it’s worth I also use the companion products in the pink L’Oréal bond repair line with this one for full effects. They all have this bond repair formulation. Pre-shampoo, shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. I love the aroma. Soft and very feminine and the lather is luxurious. The price is amazing for noticeable results when you compare with the high end products at a fraction of the cost. In this economy every little bit helps. I only shampoo 2 to 3 times a week and always finish with cool water to close the cuticle. I limit using heat on my hair when possible and my efforts are definitely paying off. My hair is thicker, soft and back to pre menopause volume. While this will not regrow lost hair, a healthy scalp and bond repair formula helps keep the hair you have from falling out. I also use other hair growth products.

I've used this product for a few years now, ever since I stopped coloring my now silver/white hair, and like both the shampoo and conditioner very much. My hair feels softer and shines, no weird brassy or purple undertones that sometimes tinge silver/white hair. No greasiness, it rinses clean , no unpleasant odor. Obviously I recommend this product or I wouldn't still be using it and I will keep buying from this vendor because this larger size is more affordable though hard to find and, on a fixed income, it can be hard to afford quality products like this.

I love the bond repair line! I use both the shampoo and conditioner on my double processed hair and it leaves it very soft. I also like it has no strong scent.

This has been my fave shampoo and conditioner for almost a year now so much so that I bought the bigger pump size. I e recently stopped all the bleaching on my hair and going a bit darker to make my hair healthier. They also have a “cleansing” line that is good that I use every other week. Great pedi t with a lot of great products to compliment it in this line my hair is so much healthier! Plus I wear extensions and I use it in those as well. So good for remy hair. My extensions have lasted so much longer using this shampoo with its conditioner counterpart

I have brittle and damaged hair from dying and bleaching my hair and I’ve been trying to find a good shampoo/conditioner or any hair product to make my hair healthier and not mistreated! I used this conditioner along with the Shampoo and I notice a difference after one use! My hair is very soft and looks soo much better after one use! It will be my to go shampoo and conditioner now!

The shampoo is awesome I was tired of spending $68 for shampoo and conditioner this is a dupe to what I was using it absolutely works it's amazing I don't notice any difference but I do notice a massive price difference and I'm saving tons of money I really like the product the smell is so amazing it's undescribable

I’ve used this on and off along with other L’Oréal faves and I do think it works. This conditioner soaks into the hair in a way I haven’t experience with other conditioners. It makes my hair feel conditioned and I do feel like my frizz is overall a bit lesser than average when I use this. I’m not sure I’d repurchase given the price and how much hair I have. But if you have short or medium damaged hair and you want something that isn’t going to the salon for treatments; this is a good first step.
