I had to have surgery a few months ago and started looking for something to help me heal afterwards. I have been using this product about a month, and there has been absolutely no change, so I guess it didn't work for me. Everybody is different, I guess I fell in that category. So yeah, I feel like it was a waste of time and money in my opinion.

Cant honestly rate it as to how we it works. Just got my order about two-three days ago. I can say it tastes good ,its easy to swallow I have to give it a 3 rating at this time.

I’m a female baby-boomer who, like most of us, has been less active because of the pandemic. This product was as effective as squirting water in your mouth. I could not feel any difference after using the second bottle. So disappointed!!!If I could I would have given no stars.
