Red light is good but the near infrared is weak the mat does not get that hot. Also if u live in dubai just know that u will need an adaptor. I got another small red light mat from amazon tht gets hot enough not sure if this one is defective

This is the best purchase I made all year not only is it an amazing product but it has a lifetime warranty. I had an emergency csection that left me with a ton of scar tissue and after the pregnancy back pain. This mat is so relaxing the 1st time I used it I fell asleep 1 minute after my session ended. I used it before my cycle started and didn't experience the pms and irritability that I normally have. Now I just need their face mask, vibration plate, rebounder, and Roman chair. I want to start by saying that Amazon sent out a used dirty one to my house, so I contacted Amazon and they sent out a new one the next day. This one was perfect when I opened it. The pad had a plastic protector that had to be removed before use, the glasses were in a plastic bag inside of a protective case, and the pad was in a nice storage bag. I used it today and loved it. I had a question about registering the device because of the original order date. I contacted Lifepro and within minutes I received a response. They have everything taken care of. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. If you're shopping around for the many options out there, I hope you give Lifepro a chance.

After using the AllevaBody Fit mat for a few months, usually morning and evening, I had an issue with the power supply. It started making sparking noises when I plugged it in. I reached out to Lifepro, and their customer service was amazing. I sent a quick video so they could hear what was happening, and they made the replacement process super easy. It took me some time to request the replacement, so I was without my mat for a few weeks. During that time, my body started feeling achy again. I didn’t connect it to the mat at first, but once the replacement arrived and I started using it again, the relief came right back. That’s when it really hit me how much it had been helping. A couple of things I’d change: – The power supply gets pretty warm, which makes me a little nervous. – I travel a lot, and I wish the carrying bag had a shoulder strap so it’s easier to carry on my shoulder. Also, definitely register your warranty and get confirmation that it’s registered. Again, their customer service was truly amazing. I asked if I could buy an extra power supply since it wasn’t on the website, and they sent me one for free. They even threw in a little bag of Skittles, which was such a sweet, human touch. I’m really happy with this mat and with how the company treats their customers.
