I didn't get any benefit from this. No help sleeping. Sadly, I was hoping for the best, got nothing in return.

I surprisingly didn't see any benefits with this sheet. We have other grounding mats and are firm Believers and the benefits of natural healing options. We tested it and the light does light up, it is connected to the ground in the house, but my husband and I both tried it for 3 weeks and neither of us noticed any Improvement. The sheet itself is fine, no issues washing. Fit our 12in king bed without issues.

Highly recommend this for anyone who is into healthy living practices. I have a couple of these in other locations, too. This includes a mat under my work desk (I don't wear shoes with this). If you're into this or researching it, having it on the bed and getting exposure for long periods of time is smart, healthy.

This caught my eye with its claims to reduce pain and offer better sleep. I spread it horizontally across my queen sized mattress and tucked it under the mattress to secure (it appears long enough to do the same for a King sized mattress as there was plenty to tuck). I've been sleeping on it for a week now, ensuring my bare skin touches it directly. Does it help? Well, jury's still out on anything definitive, but since I tend to wake up several times during the night to tend to my elderly cat, I have noticed I'm a bit more groggy in those midnight adventures, which tells me I may be getting a deeper sleep. I'm not sure about the pain relief, but it certainly doesn't hurt. Maybe it's a little extra magic, maybe it's placebo effect.
