Good taste, good value, easy to use
I have this Purisure organic stevia on subscription and have been buying it for a couple of years now, so clearly we are happy with it.I appreciate the consistent quality of this product and the value the price-vs-quantity represents.Stevia is a little quirky in that in its pure form (like this), too much added to coffee or tea imparts an odd taste. I suggest starting with just a very small amount (a quarter of a 1/4 teaspoon might be a good starting point) and trying that, adding more a very little at a time until you've got the right level of sweetness for your taste. Once you figure the right amount, it's not hard to keep it dialed in. If it starts tasting weird, you've probably added too much.I do recommend this Purisure organic stevia.

beware how much you use
It is extremely sweet, I don't bake but I would imagine it would be great for that.use one of those toy chemistry set spoons otherwise you are in for a an unpleasant sweet rush.I dip a spoon tip and take it out and use whatever is stuck on the spoon for my morning coffeeor evening tea, I don't have a sweet tooth.I use it to make electrolyte drinks (check YT for recipe), to avoid too much sugar, I am on a diet. And it is great in lemonade, can you imagine drinking as much as you want with zero calories!!I don't bake so I.ve been using it for a long time now, and suspect that it will last a year.good bargain, enjoy.PS. other sugar substitutes have been linked to cancer (check the news mid july 2023), not this one

I prefer this brand over others for flavor
Stevia can have a weird flavor. This one has a softer flavor that is better than other brands Ive tried. I like southern sweet tea. I add a little sugar and a little stevia so I get to enjoy my sweet tea without the excess sugar. Does not have erythritol, which is thought to be bad for you. This is pure organic stevia which means super concentrated. I use a teaspoon in 1.5 gallons of sweet tea.

Don't go by the equivalents on the back!
I gave this 4 stars because of the wasted ingredients I had in figuring out the correct amount to use. The back says 1 Tbsp = 1 cup sugar. I gagged! It was gross, too sweet, and had a terrible aftertaste. I ended up with a little less than a 1/2 tsp for a cup of sugar. That's a big difference. The other thing, it is a bit difficult to get it to disolve. Make sure to sprinkle it over your liquid before mixing if you just put a spoonful in it tends to form a ball and not disperse through out the batter. Once I worked it out I made a sugar free bread pudding that was good.

SOOOOO sweet
Type 1 Diabetic of 33 years here; I've been using stevia for a long time. That said, while the price is right with this brand, it takes some getting used to. Because this is 100% stevia with no additives, it is *intensely* sweet. Like, 1/8th of a teaspoon per cup of coffee, sweet. Far more so than usual stevia brands. If you end up adding too much, not only will you be put off by the sweetness, but there is a lingering bitter sort of flavor, as well. That said, if you use very little, it should last a long time! And no calories, no weird chemicals, and no weird textures. Dissolves easily in liquids, no clumping.
