If you are in doubt on whether this product is worth buying then do not hesitate. My dog has an active life. Playing in the park with his pals or like yesterday we completed 3 munros. The others dogs were struggling in the heat but not my dog, I kept wetting the vest/coat and he was fine. However, still keep an eye on your dog in the heat as the jacket is only to keep him cool. You still need to check their behaviour for heat stroke / too much exercise in the sun. But the jacket is brilliant. Does what it says on the tin. It is lightweight and he doesn’t seem to mind if so I think it’s comfy on him. Buy this product, it works!

A must have for the summer. Reflects the sun well so my dog is not turning into a frying pan anymore due to his dark coating. Wetting the jacket adds extra cooling, although dries up during longer walks so need to remember about rewetting it.I have a mongrel but he’s a lab size dog, 27kg, and went for Large (Medium was way too small).

This is a reasonably good product .....a bit awkward to put on as you have to pull the dripping coat over the dogs head . On a hot day itr does help , but really ,in roasting weather , even with this on a dog will probably get too hot . Probably still worth buying for when your dog has to be outside for a little while, but dont expect a super chilled dog , just a slightly less hot one

Nice lightweight material that holds a small amount of damp water, enough to help remove heat from my dog. Great product.My dog did catch it on Brambles which ripped a hole in the material on second wear, Sod’s law I guess. I did stitch it back up so still wearable. I use it also to help keep ticks off his fur as he runs against ever bush and tree going. Useful to have in summer heat.

As described, fits my sproodle well and most importantly keeps him cool on our 2 hour walks.

The coat is easy to put on and secure on my dog.I just put it under the cold tap in the bath and then wrung it out.It certainly did the job during the hot summer days when I had to walk my dog.
