This thing is cool in so many ways. I use this when I'm at the gym 3 times a week. I mainly use it for back support for various exercises. Even when I'm not lifting heavy I still use it. This belt was easy to assemble and easy to use. I should of purchased one along time ago.

My husband has been using this belt for about three months and he absolutely loves it. I've noticed that he reaches for this belt more often then the others that he has. When I ask him about it, why he loves it. His first answer is because its "Batman" the second is because, he said its the most comfortable, that it doesnt dig into his skin. He loves the sturdy hardware. He said he loves how easy he can take it on and off. When the belt is tight it feels like his back is being stable and feels supportive. It looks fantastic on him when hes working out. Its inexpensive and EXTREMELY well made! My husband wants more. Hes already convinced two friends to buy one and they also love them as much as he does.

Haven't been able to use yet since it's too big but their other belts from Katamu are very good and this brand is considered one of the best for making belts that are good looking too. The leather is very good and the belt is really thick too. It seems like a great belt and I can't wait to use it!!

This was my first experience having my own belt, usually using my friends’ belts and not loving it since they didn’t fit me right. But since I was able to customize this fit to me, it was actually really comfortable with a 4 inch width. If you’re shorter I would recommend a 3inch width. It was an easy unboxing and screw together. It doesn’t smell as bad as others say, but it does smell a bit like a potted plant, which I don't mind - earthy maybe? The biggest thing is that the lever doesn’t fully click shut, so it can pop open easily. I haven’t had a problem with it opening while lifting though, likely because the abdominal pressure when you’re holding the weight keeps tension. I am 5’6 and 165lbs, waist size 29-30. I got a size medium and in the middle holes, a small might work too. The leather is thick and rigid, allowing you to really brace your core against it. I also like the design, adding a bit of flair and style to my lifts. I've primarily used this for squats and it's been great.

This is a high quality weight belt with a matching buckle system that is easy to assemble and promises to last a long time with proper care. I’d gotten a smaller one for female use and a male family member was so jealous that I had to promise to get one for him. This gives the same fit, support and adjustability features that made him fall in love with the first one.I will say that this belt came with a smell - not wholly unpleasant, but strong - that the other did not have. A couple of days’ airing and it’ll be good to go.
