However, these are easy to swallow pills makes it easy to take them with water at my convenience. They also do not have a weird taste, unlike some mushrooms.I don't have lung issues so I am not sure if these pills help with that, but these pills have been doing a good job at improving my health and help keep my energy up throughout the day.

Yes, I have jumped on the mushroom bandwagon – tiger milk included. Personally, I prefer organic products. The last tiger milk product I ordered said organic in the name, but when it arrived, there was nothing to substantiate the organic claim on the bottle.This bottle, however, clearly has the USDA organic label, although it doesn’t say where the product was grown or manufactured. Nevertheless, the expiration date is over a year out, so I can easily rotate these in with my other mushroom supplements. Thus, I am pleased.

I like taking this mushroom extract because it has no side effects and it has great health benefits. I feel it is great to take it while dealing with a colds, the flu and with any lung health problems. I had no problems taking it while taking other health supplements. It blended in well.

Received in June 2024 and the "best before" date is Dec. 2026, so it has a good shelf life. The bottle contains 60 capsules and says "60 servings," but the front label also says "2 capsules for better results". This is not a blend, it's only tiger milk mushroom.
