‘Eye-opener’ kind of book.
An eye opener kind of book. Definitely recommended for everyone to read and follow what is proposed in it.

Great information but hard to read. Could have used a professional editor
This book made me realize that great scientists do not necessarily mean great authors :)Some parts of the book are in a conversational style, some parts try to demystify the science, and some are in-between.As someone with a science background, the scientific aspects did make sense.But the writing could have been so much better. I guess I am disappointed more as in the podcast with Andrew Huberman, Sonnenberg was so much more clear and succinct.
