Broughton this for making hot chocolate. Makes it well. Not messy and easy to clean and put away. So we'll worth having.

Non-stick doesn’t work. It’s a fabulous little piece of kit for just frothing or heating milk. It is very good for that, but useless for the hot chocolate function. The chocolate burnt to the base and it’s nearly impossible to shift it again, and I have tried almost everything! Its capacity is great, very quiet to run and takes up little counter space. Just downgraded a star for the non-stick being anything but. Have ordered a different new one with larger capacity and dishwashable.

Worked brilliantly...until it didn't. Ordered as a christmas gift for my husband. Used it twice ...brilliant, perfect frothy milk, went to use it a third tim and nothing...sent back for a refund

Works surprisingly well given the price. The froth is almost luxurious and is enough for two cappuccinos at the lower max level. Cleaning it is a bit of a nuisance, but that is probably the case with most such gadgets. I haven't had a problem with burning milk or overflowing. I haven't tested making chocolate drinks or the cooling functionality as I didn't buy it for those purposes. All I wanted was the froth.

Good price and good frothing but froths over when used. Frustrating!
