Christopher was Superman...
A very nice figure and a ton of nostalgia for me I mean this is the Superman I grew up with and the figure has some flaws it is perfect to me. I appreciate the detail put into it and to be honest I probably would have paid more for it just because of the sentimental value but it was well worth it to me.

My favorite version of Superman.
Shipped fast and the quality of the figure is superb! Every amount of care was taken by the seller to ensure that the figure and box were not damaged!

Looks Amazing but be ure to check that package is unopened and all parts are intact
The first one received had been cut into with an exacto knife and someone had removed one of the hands from the package, yet there was no damage to the exterior Amazon box and no sign that it had been tampered with. I returned it and the second one was fully intact. It's an amazing figure and the likeness to.Reeve is uncanny. Spend the extra 6 bucks and get this one and not the Page Punchers Superman '78 version which is really weird looking and has these odd black splotches all over it. I realize it's supposed to look like a comic book artwork version but it doesn't do that. It just looks like it has black splotches on it.

Greatest Superman movie figure ever made.
Great figure. Looks exactly like the late Christopher Reeve. Took it out of the box and no problems whatsoever. I didn’t have to warm up the joints.

Not perfect, but Perfect (If that makes sense)
It's not perfect in terms of production quality IMO but it's a good one! I'm not a nerd or a classic collector, I bought it because I grew up on it in the 70s and it does resemble Christopher Reeve who as far as I'm concerned was and always will be the definitive Superman. There's something so right about this figure in terms of the handling and proportions of the body structure, he pose so well and looks natural to the eye. However, I think in terms of QC they still have a lot to improve on it, and yet, somehow all together it works and looks pretty awesome and I'm really glad I bought it!

Reeves Forever Superman
Very cool figure. Package came as designed. The hands and face are the as perfect as I like, but still very good figure.

Age Recommendation: 14+, clearly aimed at collectors rather than young children 1. 👍 Pros Excellent likeness of Christopher Reeve High articulation for dynamic posing Great accessory set and collector-friendly packaging Faithful costume and color design Strong nostalgic value 👎 Cons Plastic cape limits posing options No flight stand included Slightly higher price point compared to standard McFarlane figures 💲 Price & Value Retail Price: Around $79–$85, depending on the retailer 2. While pricier than standard figures, the collector-grade sculpting and accessories justify the cost for fans of the 1978 film. 🏁 Final Thoughts The McFarlane Superman: The Movie (1978) Collector Edition #25 is a must-have for Superman fans, especially those who grew up with or admire the Christopher Reeve era.
