I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want to get a skin reaction. I used it when it came under my eyes and 30 seconds later my skin was burning, and when I looked in the mirror I had swollen skin. Even after I thoroughly washed it with cold water, the burning sensation lingered for awhile.

10/10 wonderful. the eye cream is so cooling and nice but i didn’t really have terrible bags before so im not sure how great it is on that front but the eye lash oil is great. i’ve use a lot of oils for lashes and this one has helped fill my lashes out better than serums and oils i’ve tried in the past i haven’t noticed crazy length but gosh they are so full and dark now
