I love this belt it feels very sturdy and well built and it fits nicely I also like the variety of colours and sizes it comes in. The Velcro is well-made and doesn’t feel like it will come off. It supports my back well and functions exactly as described. It doesn’t weigh much and it's easy to carry or put in your gym bag

I have brought two of these belts, one forme and one for my gym buddy. They are brilliant. I am 156cm and 55kg and brought a small and it fits fine.Easy to do up on your own.Velcro is really strong.Would recommend 👌

This is a quality product. I've used many belts over the years and this one is sturdy, comfortable and the quick release buckle is excellent allowing easy adjustment. The belt's support is excellent and allows me to lift with confidence and focus on the muscle. The addition of the lifting straps is a brilliant bonus. It's a recent purchase but I can see me using this for years. Brilliant product - couldn't be happier with it.
