Faulty item
Unfortunately, Jabra has let me down.This was my 5th Jabra item and out of 5 purchased over the last 5/6 years, 3 had to be returned/replaced.On this occasion. The left ear bud, after about 12 min starts to create this white noise. It starts of very gentle and eventually gets so bad it over powers the sound.At first I thought it was wind noise as I used it for my cycling however, after ditching the bike and walking I realised that the ear piece was faulty.The sound, connectivity, battery life, charging time etc, all that is great on this item but unfortunately, another Jabra item has been returned.Another issue, Amazon does not refund you, Jabra has to do it so, Even though I did everything right, I'm waiting much longer than usual for my refund...
