I give this product 3 stars, first the good points, I am no stranger to purchasing training equipment off Amazon, generally with anything involving steel it's a bit of a gamble, most paints could be falling off already once it's out the package or it is full of rust before you even use it. For the price of this I am actually very surprised it is of decent quality, no paints falling off, minimal scratches and dents with zero rust. It is clearly well stored before shipping out.Now the deduction of stars are due to the collar, plastic bits were falling off it, I have circled one part in the picture only but there are other parts that are similar, basically it is a bit of a broken collar I received, I will have to use my own or purchase another one separately. That's about it really! The handle/stick itself is very good value for what you are paying.
