Im skeptical when it comes to supplements. Research says that there is no real evidence that most supplements do much for you. I don't take any medication -never have. I have tried several supplements over my life, yet I never fealt or saw any real benefits. However, I just started taking this. Before this, I have been drinking energy drinks to get me through the day. I would come home from work and nap. I would lack energy and skip the gym ...a lot... well for 6 months. After taking this supplement, I have felt a burst of energy. I don't need energy drinks. Im back to normal. I haven't felt normal for a long time. I don't care what those researchers say, this stuff helps. I hope it keeps helping. However, Im so grateful for the past few days. Im going to try the organic beat root next.

I can really see a difference in how I feel since starting Moringa! I am not bloated, having better bowel movements, more energy and feel clearer headed. The only negative is that there are a lot of fake Moringa sellers out there.

I’ve been taking this well over six months and I don’t know that I’ve noticed any difference in the way I feel by using this product. It states it has eight times more magnesium than kale, but I don’t personally feel any of the positive affects like taking Magnesium supplements, such as better sleep or joint improvement. The statements of having (X times more than ____) is all that it states, but there are no actual measurements of each supplement such as Magnesium, Iron, Vitamin A, etc.I do like the fact that it is manufactured in the US, but would like more understanding of how it is actually processed, which is very important.

I have been taking this for almost a week and I already feel better! I’m a 64 yo woman who has had a declining energy level since my total hysterectomy along with other physical issues, but this has been an amazing experience for me. This product is wonderful , it was delivered quickly. I was very impressed. The energy I had the way I felt for a few weeks. However my husband and myself are both on thyroid medication and unfortunately, the moringa cancels out our prescription thyroid medication.So unfortunately, we can no longer take it, but for anybody who doesn't have a thyroid issue.I would highly recommend this product
