Good purchase
I purposely held off on writing this review until I had used it for a while. I live full time in my RV and my only issue was never being able to take a real shower. I purchased this water heater approximately a year ago, I was a little hesitant when installing it because I've not had much experience dealing with propane accessories but all in all it was fairly simple. For a year now, as long as there is propane in the tank I can take as long and as hot of a shower as I want. Why tankless water heaters aren't a standard item in every home is beyond comprehension.

Died in 4 months
I purchased this Septer 22, 2025 and it has worked fine until yesterday, Jan. 19, 2026. It turned on with an Error Code EE then Ec then it all came on with a 888 temp and DIED. Can't be returned and No Survive left.

Very good
This tankless hot water heater is a total 100plus for my RV! Installation was a breeze, and it's compact design fit perfectly in my limited space. It delivers endless hot water, even on cold days, with a impressive heat capacity. The water temperature is consistently perfect, and I love the energy efficiency. It's been months, and I'm loving the convenience and reliability. Highly recommend for RV owners seeking a stress-free hot water solution!

Great Upgrade For The Camper
My grandson found a great deal on an older camper (free) and had been busy fixing it up. The last thing he needed was a water heater. I didn't even know they made tankless heaters for campers so I was excited when I saw this and bought it for him. He found the installation to be easy, he's happy with the output, and now looks forward to next year's camping season with his fiancé more than ever.

Not suitable for cold climates.
I recently purchased this because I liked the idea of unlimited hot water. When I took my trailer down to the dealership to have it installed, I was informed that I was better off with a regular water heater. I live in Montana, where sometimes during the winter it will get down to -50° F. Admittedly, this is only for a few days, but it is enough to destroy one of these tankless water heaters. If you are unaware, the concept is rapid heat exchange. The water flows through very small copper tubing and absorbs heat from either electric, or propane quickly. When not in use, there is no heat applied to this copper tubing. While it does absorb heat rapidly, it also absorbs cold rapidly. In extreme temperatures, below freezing, the water inside the tubing will freeze, expand, and burst the copper tubing. If you live in a milder climate, or do not use your rig during winter, and have it properly winterized, this will not be a problem. But, if you do use your rig in the winter time, or live in it year round, one good freeze and you're going to be replacing this heater. Not just this particular heater, but all tankless water heaters. Some of the higher end models do have an automatic purging system that drains the water when not in use, the 'bargain' models do not. I tried to return the item, and it said I had 30 days to do so. I had the item for 36 hours and I tried to return it. I was informed that it was ineligible for returns. Through a lot of tooth pulling, arm twisting and temper tantrums, I convinced Amazon to refund my money. I threw this heater into a dumpster because nobody in my area wanted a free, brand new tankless water heater. The young woman, from India, that I was speaking with kept insisting for me to take a picture of the issue. How do you take a picture of 'I cannot use it?!?!?' The item looked well constructed, nice design, and it came well packaged. I just didn't have a use for it. If I lived in southern Texas, or Florida I might consider buying it again. Anything north of San Antonio, I would not. I am not telling you to not buy this item, I am suggesting that you do some further research before you commit. I hope this helps.

Do NOT buy!!!
Absolutely terrible! I’ve had this hooked up for a month and it no longer puts out warm water. Have yet to hear from the company again cause Amazon won’t help me with it! I do NOT recommend this!

Easy to install very satisfied customer.
To descale this water heater it will need a separate valve kit. I don’t know who supplies them.
