I use this for my teeth and it’s soooo god the whitening on my teeth has been pretty surprising! This charcoal is great quality and though the bag looks on a smaller size due to settle in ha little goes a long way so it lasts awhile. There is no smell and the price point u really can’t beat it.

I was skeptical about buying this, but it really worked. My husband and I had a ravioli dinner party at families house, and we decided to make homemade colored pasta, in the end we had like 6 different colors, and we used this to make black of course...needless to say you couldn't even taste it in the pasta. So, I would say it definitely works in food. This was a week ago, and I am still here, so it's food grade safe!

Good product to have on hand when the dogs get into something they shouldn't. Easy to mix in with wet dog food.
