Eventually satisfied with this product
Not aware that this was delivered direct from Italy. I was considering returning this to Italy as not happy. Instructions in Italian. The weight of this product is highlighted as 5kgs. It was more than 7kgs so concerned it may have been too heavy. Two electricians refused to entertain installing this product due to the instructions being in Italian. A friend and electrician did it in 30 minutes. It works really well. It is more quiet than our previous fan and looks good.The wiring is of european regulation so no problem with installation.

Simply the Best
Delighted with this purchase, quiet, elegant with good light and simple remote control! Our electrician assembled and fitted within an hour.Excellent fan for the money! Have just ordered 2 more for other bedrooms!Two others have now arrived and been fitted by same electrician. One is whisper quiet like the original fan and the other has a high pitched whine. Would like to send seller feedback to ask opinion as to why this should be, but cannot find this facility for this item.....! Cannot run this fan through the night which is what it was purchased for....! Help!

All three units broke
I have purchased three of these fans. They are really heavy. Also all three units are broke and the fuse is blown on them...Can I get a refund please?

Not good got a fan which now I don't know how ...
The instructions are all in Italian and I can't speak or read Italian. Not good got a fan which now I don't know how to put together. Not happy
