I was torn between 3 or 5 stars. I would have normally given this candy Freeze Dried Candy Lemon Bites from this company Fairyland Sweets 5 stars. This was the third time I've ordered these because they "were" perfection. But as far as this last purchase the package I received was a disappointment. Whatever they do to make them freeze dried wasn't done properly and the whole bag was just your average bag of regular but semi cracked lemon heads. I'll wait a few months then try again so maybe the bad batch of these will sell out and the texture will be back to what they were previously with my first two orders. Their price was great, it's a shame that I'll have to order from another company in the meantime to get my freeze dried lemon head fix.
