I purchased this because of the rigorous testing of the Blueprint line. This has very little to no taste and easy to take daily. My only observation is that the mix is a little hard to get mixed into the water. I use a handheld mixer directly in my cup and slug it back as fast as possible. Generally there will be some leftover in the bottom and I’ll add a bit more water to make sure I’m getting it all in. High quality and seems like it could be making a difference.

So far I really like this creatine. I feel it works better than most I have tried.

So, I decided to give Bryan Johnson’s creatine a shot—despite the higher price tag—and just like that, no ill effects.The proof isn’t just in the lab tests—it’s in the way I feel. Whether it’s the purity or the careful formulation, this is the first creatine that doesn’t drag me down. For now, I’m a believer in his products. That said, I’d still love to see testing for glyphosates and atrazine for full transparency, but so far, this is the only one that’s worked for me.

The benefits of Creatine are well documented. I would suggest you do your own research and the documentation is not hard to find. Everyone is different, however, and the benefit you might experience may or may not be to your satisfaction. That would apply to any brand of Creatine.With that said, if you're looking for Creatine, and you want a product that's as pure as can be expected and been tested by an independent lab then this one checks off just about all the boxes.My only possible caveats is that this does not appear to be made in the USA, however, this is not a mix or a proprietary blend of supplements such which leaves you wondering what's being left out of the description.The other consideration is that you'll be paying a modest premium for this brand, however, there seems to be an "B" class of Creatine brands and an "A" class. This one ranks least expensive among the "A" class offerings.I can't say it's a bargain, nor is it a distinctively unique product and because of that, I can't give all 5 stars.

Why does this guy --so renowned for his supposedly healthy lifestyle-- include a PLASTIC spoon to dose out his product. Gross !! Also he seems to assume that everyone wants to go on a 5g dose of this stuff, when many sources say START WITH ONE GRAM, and then work up. If you look at his tiny (PLASTIC) spoon that is included in the bag, you will scratch your head wondering how on earth to divide such a tiny amount of powder up so that you can ingest the ONE gram suggested by the other experts. I had to buy a special metric scale, and I have yet to set it up, too much trouble, so an opened bag of this stuff has been sitting in my kitchen for well over a month.
