Clairol Nice'n Easy Tone+Gloss Semi Permanent Hair Dye - 500/765 Medium Brown

Nice hair dye, no smelly amonia , covered the grey well. The color is darker than the shade I bought, light brown is more a mid-brown which is what I wanted anyway. The color doesn't t last too long in the summer you probably need to redo every 6 weeks. I'm happy with the color and the condition of my hair after using this dye I just wish the color lasted longer.

My wife loved it, although light brown was more like dark brown,but a nice colour nevertheless Would definitely buy again.

The colour came out WAY DARKER than pictured on the box! (looks darker and browner in real life than in this photo too!)easy to use though and smells nice so they're the bonusAlso - be aware that it will stain anything it drips onto

This hair colour is amazing. I've been using it for years. It's kind to your scalp as it doesn't contain any ammonia. It's also semi permanent but I only use it every 3 months. It covers brilliantly. Why would you discontinue a product that works so well. Amazon seem to be the only place you can get this product. I tried Boots and Superdrug but neither had medium brown 765/500. That why I've bought 2. Will do me for christmas too. When done the colour Is so natural looking. The conditioner you get with it is very rich and luxurious.

Light Ash Brown - don’t make me laugh. Not light. Not ash. Not semi.I’ve used Clairol light ash brown for years. This is a new formula and it’s horrible.I was horrified when I used it. It is dark brown with a tinge of something that certainly isn’t ash.My small granddaughter asked me why my hair was ORANGE. I was mortified. I looked like mutton - colour so unsuitable for mature skin. The old formula looked so natural. This was just matte. Hair felt horrible too.I washed it 15 times in 3 days trying to tone it down. Nothing shifted. So much for a semi.After 3 weeks it has faded a bit but just got more orange.I see others have reported it is not light brown. False description. Can’t send it back! - furious.

Dye good conditioner very odd goes on like a film and leaves hair sticky and greasy

Fab product, used to cover some old grown out balayage and a few greys and it’s done a fab job at the fraction of professional price. Really easy process even if you’re not a hair expert, would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a quick freshen up. Will definitely repurchase

Have used this product for a number of years. Always covers my grey hair and so easy to apply. The instructionsare easy to read, and I love the smell of the sachet of conditioner. always very pleased with the end result.
