Ok so I use black on ginger hair.i just couldn't stand anymore ginger orange hair so is cover all light orange hair good.is cover everything nice but hair colour is to watery is dripping every where around the bathroom.so formula definitely change.but coverage is good.

Don't buy
Rubbish, this new formula is rubbish, greys near hairline stayed the same, I bought this product for the last five years, but now they changed the formula which is runny and useless. I am not buying it anymore.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS FORMULA.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS FORMULA. I used to always use this dye. Just tried the new version and it is not great. Really runny, was so messy to use. Irritated my scalp so had to remove before the processing time so colour cover wasn't great. Old version was really good, I hope they bring it back. Conditioner was good though.

Be Careful where you use this Highly Pigmented dye!!
Results were glossy but be warned- it is HIGHLY PIGMENTED!! Get someone to help you, use Vaseline on your face and don’t use in a bathroom you care about!! I have been dying my hair (roots) black a long time at home and used this brand many times. This was my first time using the Tone and Gloss. The result of my hair was good however I’m sad to say it’s stained my shower floor in just rinsing and I still cannot get the stains off my face. It doesn’t just rinse away like other dyes I have used over the years -it needed cleaning off everything it splattered on…including my other towels in the bathroom

Bring back the old formula
The consistency is way too runny, it's basically water and keeps running down my face. also doesn’t cover grey at all, and it stains everything it touches. Waste of money. Overall, horrible.

BRING BACK DEMI PERMANENT
Please bring back the old Demi permanent formula! This one doesn’t last at all and doesn’t actually dye the hair very well. The Demi permanent formula was perfect. I don’t know why they’ve changed to this formula - it’s thin and doesn’t work.
