This shampoo has been great for my hair. I had gone towards a sulfate free shampoo some time ago, but the other that I had used left my hair dry and brittle. Taking a leap, I bought these and have used them for a couple of months now. I wash my hair twice a week, rarely use heat on it. I have straight hair, thick in volume and texture. With winter setting in, I used the hair dryer for the first time after a wash with these and it hasn't felt this healthy in a long time. I would not recommend this stuff to a friend who has very different hair texture than mine... Hair is different on everyone and we have to find what works best for our own.
